The best Equinix has been able to offer is 15meg minimum at about 500SGD/month which is somewhat excessive for a 115k maximum speed terminal server. Will do a mobile connection if nothing else materialises.

your best bet is to buy it from Equinix. From anyone else, you'd have to pay a cross connect, which would cost more than bandwidth.
