I hope you have a lot of peering points in USA, with Cogent's long time
refusal to peer with HE causing a  lot of dead-end paths :) 

and that 2002::/16 is blocked by a lot of networks for waaaayyy too much
abuse in the past. 

Has it been cleaned up?
