[AusNOG] QV1

Yup - QV1 lost power, poor UPSs held in as long as they could. Genset
failed to kick in automatically and it took the guys there some time to
work out what the issue with the generator was before restoring power.

Still not sure on what happed to the mains there, waiting for an update.
