[AusNOG] Possible VIC route leak/hijack ?

Did anyone else have any reports around 11:47am today of connectivity issues?

We saw an increase in BGP updates from VIC IX, and also what looked like some
prefixes being leaked, including 8.8.8.0/24 and other Google prefixes.
