[AusNOG] NBN and /24

If you're referring to Internode, BYO prefixes are configured as a
Framed-Route on your PPPoE connection, there's no IPIP tunnel involved.

I believe if you want BGP over your NBN service so you can announce your
prefixes yourself, that's when a tunnel would be required.
