How is this any different from VoIP, or a Telstra customer sending an email
using your SMTP server, etc etc.
Your customer pays you to provide an internet service. If they choose to
use wifi calling over it, they're paying you for the privilege of using
that bandwidth.
Should Telstra block Netflix because they run their own streaming service?
