[AusNOG] Vocus issue when connecting to Optus and AAPT/TPG

Hi Guys

Just wanted to check if any Sydney based Vocus transit customers are experiencing latency spikes and throughput issues to Optus and AAPT/TPG during these hours 4-11pm and even sometimes around 4-11AM.

Have a ticket open for 2 weeks and not getting anywhere so just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this ?

Any off-list replies would be appreciated.
