[AusNOG] Locate a Telstra DSL service from details in a RADIUS packet?

Not 100% done yet, but there is a magical report within Telstra's DSL L2
systems that you can have sent to you that has the magic information
required to supposedly resolve this.
We've got it set up to appear from tomorrow (fingers crossed)! Thanks to
all who responded with suggestions and things to try - knowing the report
existed was the thing we needed to help steer our SDM in the right
direction to get it solved.
