[AusNOG] TPP Whole site/DNS issues

Yep I've got some sites using Melbourne IT's name servers and they are
going up and down

Managed to get into chat and this was the response

"Our cloud servers are down for the time being. You may check
http://status.netregistry.com.au/ once the Netregistry website is up.
Right now, the issue just started so we are still investigating it but the
issue has already been reported to the Systems Admins. Please wait for an
update within 1-2 hours in the status page."

This was at 1810
