It would save everybody time when posting such things if you gave some
basic information such as the general area of concern, the likely time
investment that will be needed, the approximate level of skill you are
looking for, the approximate range of remuneration and above all the
physical location (if remote access is not possible).

Also, it seems likely that you meant to write MikroTik.
