[AusNOG] iVox support contact

I have used iVox for SIP services for many years and always been happy with
their support (until recently). I suspect being taken over by MNF may have
been the cause, but as such I am finding it impossible to even get an order
for additional DIDs placed. Even after being joined into the inabox group
the service was good in general.

Would anyone happen to have a better contact for support at iVox?
