[AusNOG] Telstra multiple service faults - Chatswood Exchange?

Telstra peeps told me a 3rd party cut something on Victoria Road Chatswood
and that Telstra can't even start work until 9PM tonight due to the
location.
It's a big 'un. A real big 'un. Telstra's not quite sure where to start...
