To whom it may concern,

As it did when the rushed Department of Home Affairs consultation process
was run on the draft of this bill, ITPA will be making a formal submission
on the bill as being considered by the Parliamentary Joint Committee on
Intelligence and Security (PJCIS).

This email does not consitute that submission.

Included in our submission will be a copy of the original submission we
made to DOHA.

We would also like to attend the public hearings on the proposed bill,
please provide us with full details of this event when it is available.
