Investigations into the root cause has found a network anomaly, and a workaround has been applied and testing is in progress. We will keep you updated as we hear more.

      it's affecting our messaging platform too (http://tim.telstra.com) so we can't send out SMS 2-factor auth codes at the moment.
      have confirmed with our account manager that it's the CSX outage causing the issues and there's no ETA for resolution at the moment
