[AusNOG] Issues with Telstra DCI Waves this morning?

Hi,

Not confirmed and just fishing for now, but we've seen some instability on
some Telstra DCI paths this morning, and have recently seen a rather large
number of circuits from a range of upstream providers flap in strange
combinations that seem unrelated to us.

Is anyone else experiencing any random issues with service
drops/outages/etc over the last hour or so?

Will help us know where to dig next.
