[AusNOG] Contact for Iinet Email Sending issues?

Hello Noggers..

 

Is there a valid contact for the iinet Ironports cluster not sending SMTP
correctly "sometimes"? 

 

My clients and my clients clients are having <insert right word here>
difficulty finding the right path through the support chain.

 

Basicly, we need to send somebody a pcap file showing
icp-osb-irony-out8.external.iinet.net.au sending a tcp reset instead of
<CR>.<CR>.
