[AusNOG] Telstra IPVAS problems?

Morning all,

Wondering if anyone has been made aware of any Connect IP/IPVAS issues? I've been trying to get a hold of the IP faults team this morning and usually they pick up the phone within minutes, however I've been on hold all morning. We've got a couple of customers who seems to be having issues with their IPVAS services, customers seem to be able to access anything outbound such as websites, however inbound services like RDP, SMTP, HTTPS are not working.
