[AusNOG] Bigpond technical contact

Hi all,

One of our clients has been having trouble sending emails to Bigpond email
addresses for a while now (could before), they can send to  dozens of other
domains without trouble. Current checks show no Blacklists etc but mail
bounces after 3 days saying effectively can¹t deliver.

Looking for a Bigpond tech contact who can help resolve this issue, as
standard help desk have bene unable to do anything but Š.."are you connected
to the net?"ŠŠ.

The mail server/domain in question is stdout.com.au

Off list replies as probably best.
