[AusNOG] Carrier Management System

Hi All,

I am currently consulting for a Mid Size Carrier who has outgrown their
current management system.

Looking for some recommendations from other Mid Size carriers on what
management system they use for tasks such as quoting, provisioning,
customer relationship management, stock management etc.

Billing is handled by a separate system which they will look to integrate
at a later day with API's etc.
