[AusNOG] Telstra outage: Broome, Derby, Kununurra

For any Telstra reps on list there are reports that Telstra landline and 
mobile services are unavailable in Broome, Derby and Kunners.

Is also affecting reseller services, ie WestNet/iiNet.

As of a few minutes ago Telstra Outages page was only showing issues in 
Broome.

Vodafone is apparently working as normal.

Last time services were unavailable in all three places at once it was 
due to someone with a backhoe or similar who didn't "dial before you 
dig" and took out a fibre.
