[AusNOG] Routing Issue - Ultra Serve

If it's not even leaving the source computer, it's a problem on the source
end?

Is the pc running malwarebytes or something? The 203.145.46.188 IP is
probably on a malware list, and the local malware protection has null
routed it on the pc.

Also check windows firewall - with a hostname like sftp, maybe you tried to
connect to it from a new application on an unusual port, and windows
firewall popped up a 'where would you like to allow this application to
connect from?' - if you hit escape, it may have ended up blocked on windows
firewhale?

Either way, if it's not leaving the PC, it's nothing outside of the pc
causing it :)
