Hi All,
I've not come across this problem before, but;
I have a client (Medical Specialist) who has a LandLine with Telstra and
had ADSL with Exetel. The Landline also had a Fax number associated
(distinctive Ring Fax).
The client has terminated the Fax and ADSL but Telstra are still
refusing to release the number for porting saying it is still associated
with another service. How to get them to update the records faster so
we can port the number urgently as the old property where the landline
is located is going to be sold and we need it ported to engin ASAP.
Anyone have an idea who to talk to as both (Telstra and Exetel) say
their service are terminated and the Telstra Support desk for this kind
of complex out-of-the-flow-chart scenario is not worth getting my blood
pressure up chasing for the client.
