[AusNOG] Remote Hands - Dandenong

Hey guys, 
Was wondering if theres someone around the Dandenong area who may be able to assist (paid) with some remote hands in Dandenong. 
Got a cisco router that was firmware updated over night thats now not recovering (and I just need remote serial access for about ten minutes to return to the old firmware)
