[AusNOG] Enabling Dual Stack connectivity on Telstra transit

G'day all,

I know everyone is pretty busy with the conference, but wondering if anyone from Telstra may be able to assist with getting dual stack connectivity on one of our Telstra transit links. We've followed the process to get a service request raised but apparently only a Telstra account executive can approve our request and we're not assigned an account executive. We were referred to the Telstra business centre here which have no idea what we're talking about.
