Infoblox also has a SaaS solution providing DNS security (more than just malware blocking).

Sorry, shorthand. Yes, that’s correct.
Two of the global-scale ones provide malware blocking. Three if you count Yandex; they have 80 locations, but they’re heavily concentrated in Russia.
