[AusNOG] 1.1.1.1 DNS resolvers

Hi,

Was probably a bad set of tests too early on an Easter Monday. I was
getting consistent results at the time (around 15 minutes before my
original post to AusNOG). Did some better averaging later yesterday, and
got an average response of 126ms and a st dev of 135ms across about 100
queries against the Google resolvers. Comparatively, CloudFlare averaged
21.5ms with a st dev of 4.3ms for those that were interested.

Thanks,
Andrew
