[AusNOG] High number of inbound automated Chinese language calls on AAPT CTS

it roughly translates to "This is the Chinese Embassy, you have a package
awaiting collection, if you have any queries, please press 0, and a Chinese
operator will be able to assist further"

this is similar to the scam that is seen in Hong Kong/China in recent
years, basically trying to dupe the unknowing, telling them that the
package contains illegal content and is currently held up, then they will
ask for personal details, and request funds to be sent to an offshore bank
account for some "verification process"...
