To be honest Cameron, I'd be surprised if such an animal exists. In this
country, the industry is structured so that the project managers sign the
deals, and the tech folks are kept out of the contractual loop. And to be
honest, this allows service providers a great deal of latitude in the
definition and scope of SLAs.
