This email should be banned.
I am of the strong belief that hiding behind a clearly fake identity falls
under the “professional respect” section of our charter and as such should
be moderated/removed and banned.

It's incredibly disrespectful to expect people to go out of their way to
help
you, provide you services without even the common courtesy to introduce
yourself properly.

I’m sure some others would agree with me.
