[AusNOG] Telstra Mobile sending bad time in Pyrmont or Ultimo NSW

I had this at Equinix SY4 a week or two ago. A reboot of my phone sorted it
out, I thought it was perhaps just a glitch with my phone, but with the
data you're sharing, I'm not so sure of that now...
