[AusNOG] TPG/Telstra 100mbit unlimited links?

Hi All

Can anyone confirm if these 100mbit unlimited data tails from TPG, delivered using Telstra last mile fibre,  can be upgrade beyond the 100mbit they deliver standard?

I have been trying to call the TPG account contact we have on record but they do not respond to requests so figured someone on AUSNOG would know.
