[AusNOG] Issues with sending email to BigPond name servers

Hi all,

Is anyone else having issues with bigpond.com, bigpond.net.au and
team.telstra.com name servers NOT answering when people try to send emails
to those domains. It's been going on for a month now and was initially
random but seems to be getting worse. We were using 8.8.8.8 as our DNS
server but noticed issues. Then moved to 4.4.4.4 only it seems worse.

Bigpond's level one Help Desk is no help.
