Clueless managers that will not let network engineers work on it.
At my last job (less than 6 months ago) I actually got in trouble
for promoting it and was told I was not allowed to talk about "this 
IPv6 nonsense" any further.  My new job?  Same thing.  Not even on
the radar.  At all.
