Yeah it’s bad. They’ll need a lot of hard work and good luck to pull out of this one, assuming they don’t have any further issues.
There’ll be a few other registrars and hosters doing well off the back of it though.

3 days downtime is pretty bad most hosting providers would go bust with that type of downtime, due to the SLA claims.
I know they were banging on about cloud a lot in the statement, but if one bit of equipment can fail and take the majority of the network down for 5 days then frankly its not a proper cloud setup, as you don't have any single points of failure in a proper cloud environment.
You also need to have spare hardware at all times in case of hardware failure.
It just does not look good for the industry as a whole.
It is not good that their entire business was offline as well as their customers.

To be perfectly honest I don’t think they’re entirely sure what happened.

I’m actually surprised there’s no one from Enetica/WebCity watching this list…

Hi yes I did notice this the other day. We don't have services with
Enetica, my reply was meant to be more general.

That said this info is aimed at registrants and a lot of people on this
list would be resellers.

They now have a message from the Webcity CEO on the Webcity facebook
page the link is.

At least they are still trying to be positive after such a long outage but they didn't go into much detail as to what actually happened.
