To be perfectly honest I don't think they're entirely sure what happened.

I'm actually surprised there's no one from Enetica/WebCity watching this list...

Hi yes I did notice this the other day. We don't have services with
Enetica, my reply was meant to be more general.

That said this info is aimed at registrants and a lot of people on this
list would be resellers.

They now have a message from the Webcity CEO on the Webcity facebook
page the link is.

At least they are still trying to be positive after such a long outage but they didn't go into much detail as to what actually happened.
