There is currently a CVC issue with AAPT and they have a fault NOC-13297 but it is not visible anywhere. I know it is affecting customers I have in Oragneg NSW area. But I am also having issues in SAN REMO NSW area too but have not been able to confirm if it is same or different cause.

We are seeing random issues across AAPT’s LAC in NSW. We have around a couple of ADSL customers from yesterday still down and we saw a number of ACT nbn customers drop at 5:58am this morning and never reconnect. Something is up and we are been giving the useless information about it all blaming a third party.

We are constantly seeing errors for DSL as below on our core and nbn customers are seeing no response from PPPOE Server on the CPE.

We have 20-30 NBN's in the Wyong, Tuggerah, Gosford area mixed FTTN and FTTP, we're not seeing any down at all, no drops overnight either.

Hi All,

I’ve got multiple services out this morning from about 6am in the Nth Tuggerah, Toukley, Cooranbong, Bonnells Bay area.

Can anyone else confirm an issue in the area?

Looks to be some Auth problem

Thanks

Ben
