[AusNOG] ADSL SLA Reference Material Required

Guys,

Firstly - Sorry for the noise.

Basically having words with a customer that has a 90 location managed
network about their adsl locations and that being "Best Effort" is not good
enough and they want a >99% SLA.

In their words "Telstra Offer This" which I politely declined.

Moving on - I have a conference call with them tomorrow and would like to
see what other Vendors/RSPs offer for ADSL in terms of an SLA if any.
