[AusNOG] Telstra not accepting inbound SMTP connections

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has a contact for the Bigpond email
admins/postmasters? We are receiving a large amount of errors (lost
connection with extmail.bigpond.com) when trying to send email to bigpond
users. It has been going on for a week or so now and have not been able to
get anywhere with Telstra support, Bigpond postmaster or any of our
existing contacts.
