Does that mean that the death of IPv4 at Verizon has not started?
No, it doesn't.

This is towards the beginning of what is starting to happen more
often all over the planet.  Just because you don't seen the
announcements doesn't meand that it is not happening.

Those that think because they have lots of IPv4 addresses, they
they are immune to the effects of IPv4 address exhaustion need to
look at this as a wake up call.
