[AusNOG] Is there such thing as peering with Telstra in Australia

Hi Matt,

Thank you for advice, it can be a solution for us. I would assume it 
will also give us access to other "gang of tree" networks via Telstra 
peering. It should be cheaper than full transit, so it may cost similar 
to our current transits.
