[AusNOG] Commander Support Manager Details Needed

I have a genuine question.

Does anyone have a “GOOD” experience with Commander. No facetiousness, I am genuinely curious.  ALL I.T. tech’s from various companies I talk with, have never said, “Commander, Great guys”

I just feel like I’m bumping into the wrong people…

I have been banging my head against a brick wall for the last few weeks trying to get a simple response.
Broken promises and misleading information over and over for the customer resolutions team.
