I have a site in the city I am trying to get some connectivity to.

I don't want DSL, Fibre... etc as the building is being redeveloped in the next 12 months.

I would however like something like a wireless link...  with some good upstream. Maybe a 20/20 or 50/50 link.

We can get Telstra Air, but it is a hopeless 10/1 and massive interference.

No contracts would be preferred.

The address is 311 Sussex St Sydney CBD. I have roof access (it is only 3 stories), but I'd prefer it from the awning/front of the building if possible.
