[AusNOG] PPC-1 in PNG down.

Hi All,

Just got word from telikom PNG that the branching unit from PPC-1 to
Madang has suffered a break because of an earthquake.

All traffic is going via APNG2.

No word on when it will be fixed but given all current cable ships are
laying cables I suspect a month.
