[AusNOG] Postponement of Superloop Pre-AusNOG Industry Drinks

Hi Everyone,

A big thanks to all of all of those who RSVP’d to our planned drinks on the Wednesday night before AusNOG. 

While we know that it comes as a disappointment, we decided that the most important part of AusNOG is bringing the industry together and as such it was in the best interests of the industry if we all attend the scheduled (although announced rather late) “official" pre-AusNOG event.

It was never our intention to create competing events and we mistakenly thought that no official pre-AusNOG drinks had been scheduled (we did check the program…) and we did not want to miss the opportunity.

We will still hold our event as we don’t want to deprive anyone of the chance to try some of Boilermaker’s fantastic selection of Whiskies and craft beers. At this stage we are thinking an October event and as soon as we lock in a date we will let you know. These drinks will be held in conjunction with AusNOG and will be another chance to bring the industry together.

Again sorry for the bad news and we look forward to seeing you at AusNOG and at our drinks in October if you can make it.
