Sorry, I didn't make it clear.
I operate an ISP, I have DR opligations already, so I am already captured
by the legislation.
That's the bit that muddied the waters. If I didn't have a DR obligation,
I probably would never have asked the question.

Yeah. There are some "fun times ahead" I suspect.
And thanks for the many replies already. I sounds like I'm probably fine,
as long as I don't just go all hostile and refuse to assist.
