[AusNOG] NOC contact at Telstra?

Hi guys,

Just wondering if there is a publicly accessible NOC contact for Telstra. Several of our customers who connect via Telstra can not reach us on one of our subnets but can on others. Doing traceroutes shows there is something funky going on at or near bundle-ether7-100.ken-core10.sydney.telstra.net<http://bundle-ether7-100.ken-core10.sydney.telstra.net>
