[AusNOG] Telstra Bigpond Issues congestion in Brisbane

Hi Guys,

 

Sorry guys if this is not appropriate, but would not like to upset anyone
anyway and it is not a complaint.

 

Anyone from Telstra Bigpond that can have a look at the issues out of
Brisbane links on to SYD.

Its been happening from last Saturday early in the morning.

 

Know customers from Gold Coast / Logan / North Brisbane having the same
issue and waiting for some others to confirm the issues too in north QLD.

 

If traffic is within Telstra and stays in Brisbane then there is no issue as
soon as it hands over out of Brisbane  or to another ISP  that is not with
Telstra the links are all buggered.

 

I did call the call center on the weekend but they said the department that
looks after these issues would not be open till Monday morning and then they
need an other 24-48 hours monitoring to confirm
