[AusNOG] AAPT sip Service

Hi All,

One of my customers is an AAPT sip customer via APEX and currently
there is a reachability issue. Apex have escalated to AAPT however the
ticket appears to have stalled.

Could an AAPT engineer contact me offlist please? The customer
currently has 2 contact centres offline.
