[AusNOG] Telstra SIP and Managed IP Services

good timing - been tearing my hair out about this for the past 30 minutes

i've got 2 sites in Sydney showing weird issues, it looks like a load
balancing issue - i can't ping 2/7 of my switches at one site, but
statseeker is showing 4 of them down, and it's a different 4 to the ones i
can't ping from my desktop.

both sites are in western sydney (greystanes and yennora) and from memory
both go through Paramatta exchange - one site we unplugged the primary
router to force it to fail over to it's secondary and everything seems to
be fine now (alternate path/exchange i guess)
