There is this notification from Telstra Wholesale, could be related.
 
"We're just letting you know that we've added the unplanned network incident, titled 'IP Services impacted in NSW, NSW', into the Telstra Wholesale Customer Portal"

Just noticed some of our NSW sites having routing issues, where they are unable to connect to some of our subnets. Also having issues with SIP services. 
 
Been told it's an outage, just wanted to know how wide spread and if there is an ETR.
